Nothing but the Truth
release date: 1994

Co-produced
with Francis Buckley and Steve Shepherd, this release contains a number of
beautifully crafted adult contemporary pop songs such as "Nothing But The
Truth" and "Isabella". "Me And My Banana" indicates that Paul still
maintains his unique sense of humor. Personal and vulnerable, this album
is softer, with more of a jazz influence than "It Takes Two".
“Certainly not like anything else out there...Catchy, magnetizing
melodies...Haunting, ethereal...eloquent and inspiring.”

This 1993 collection of romantic Pop melodies was the first release on Paul's private, Hit Records label. Co-produced with guitarist Greg Westall and recorded and mixed by renound engineer Steve Shepherd (with the loving assistance of engineer Francis Buckley) this release received extensive radio play, with over five songs finding their way into the international charts. Containing eleven expertly crafted songs, this may be Paul's most commercial offering.

Contact Theater
release date: 1990

A live recording of Paul's outrageous
one-man performance art concerts. This "double album" includes audio art
collages, and songs. During this period, Paul's shows primarily consisted
of satirical storytelling. The subjects were the sometimes bizarre and
unconventional practices of the new-age movement. From massage to colonics
to extraterrestrial walk-ins, this is a unique work.

Speak to me
release date: 1987

Ambient, experimental music
textures superimposed on some rather intense interviews. Subjects are
Paul's friends, relatives and acquaintances. Having recorded all his
telephone conversations for seven months, Paul edited, and spliced the
tapes to create conversation montages amongst people who'd never met. The
topics are varied: Love. Death. Holidays. And more. Take a listen, because
this work is hard to describe.
"This work expresses all the trials and tribulations one undergoes in the
journey toward self-awareness."

Passage
release date: 1982

Recorded, arranged,
and produced by Paul in collaboration with long-time friend Chris
Spheeris, this album is the perfect ambient music for meditation. Three
compositions take the listener through a variety of sonic textures aimed
at putting the listener into a relaxed state.
"...radiating with soft, intangible textures and delicate tonal
shadings...mesmerizing waves of calming synthesizer...a symphonic palette
of tones that seems to vibrate right down to the cellular level...a
visionary soundscape dream that space music lovers will rush to embrace."
New Age Retailer, 1994

Primal Tech
release date: 1982

"Primal because it’s very basic and primitive, and tech because of the
technology that they now depend upon...Spheeris and Voudouris now use a
stage full of computers to synthesize and deploy their instruments to the
point that, often, the sound you are hearing is not recognizable as
anything from a keyboard or guitar...the Primal Tech style includes
rhythms combined with rap style lyrics.”

Points of View
release date: 1980

“Points of View is Spheeris & Voudouris’
second album...a delicate, wispy piece that contains music as art form,
like great
architecture designed to pass the test of perpetuity. Very
introspective, heavenly, questioning, punctuated by tinkling
acoustic guitar and piano, and wafting vocals...”

Spheeris & Voudouris
release date: 1978

“The music is a blend of folk, jazz, and
rock but is unlike anything else being recorded today. While their roots
are in artists like Elton John, Cat Stevens, and Joni Mitchell, they are
not copy artists. They are as much imagists as musicians, combining poetry
and mood to produce musical paintings...the musicianship is skilled and
exacting, with the precision of dedicated professionals down the line.”
Blue River Cafe, Milwaukee (Sep. 12, 1978)
“...sensitive, ethereal blend of music.”
